WASHINGTON –Following a joint address to Congress by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA), a member of the Senate NATO Observer Group and Chairman of the Subcommittee on Emerging Threats and Capabilities of the Senate Committee on Armed Services, issued the following statement:
