VIDEO: Ernst Discusses GOP-Led Effort to End Military COVID Vaccine Mandate

Through the efforts of Ernst and other Senate GOP members, the Biden Pentagon’s COVID vaccine mandate will be repealed in the National Defense Authorization Act.

WASHINGTON—As the military faces a major recruiting crisis across all services, U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa), a combat veteran and member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, today joined her Senate colleagues in discussing their successful effort to end Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for servicemembers. Ernst called on the Biden administration to refocus its national security priorities on ensuring the U.S. military remains the most lethal fighting force on the face of the planet.
