Ernst Backs the Blue for National Police Week

WASHINGTON – In honor of National Police Week, U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa) joined U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) in supporting a resolution to thank the brave men and women who keep us safe.

“Our police officers in Iowa are heroes who serve our communities with courage and dedication,” said Senator Ernst. “Thank you to every single officer who puts their life on the line to keep Iowans safe. This week – and every week – I’m proud to back the blue and honor the selfless men and women who work tirelessly to protect and serve our local communities.”
